Pozivamo vas na sudjelovanje u prikupljanju sredstava za očuvanje vlasništva zemlje i obnovu spomenika na Bleiburškom polju, mjestu dubokog povijesnog značenja. Cilj ove inicijative je pomoći Počasnom bleiburškom vodu - PBV (Honorary Bleiburg Guard/Bleiburger Ehrenzug) u podmirenju financijskih obveza kako bi zemlja i spomenik ostali trajan spomen budućim generacijama.
Kako bismo to postigli, potrebno je:
• 10.500 eura za porez na nekretnine,
• 24.500 eura za obnovu spomenika,
• 125.000 eura za sudske troškove, uključujući žalbu Ustavnom sudu Austrije.
Ukupno je cilj prikupiti 160.000 eura.
Pozivamo pojedince, organizacije i zajednice – posebice hrvatske župe, nogometne klubove, folklorna društva i druge skupine iz cijelog svijeta – da se uključe u ovu akciju. Svaka donacija, koliko god bila, ima važnost i vodi nas korak bliže cilju.

We invite you to participate in an important Fund raiser for the preservation of land ownership and the restoration of monuments on the Bleiburg Field (Bleiburško polje), a place of deep historical significance. The goal of this initiative is to help the Honorary Bleiburg Guard (Počasni bleiburški vod - PBV/ Bleiburger Ehrenzug) in meeting its financial obligations so that the land and the monument remain a permanent memorial for future generations.
In order to achieve this, required are:
• 10,500 euros for real estate tax,
• 24,500 euros for the restoration of the monument,
• 125,000 euros for court costs, including an appeal to the Constitutional Court of Austria.
In total, the goal is to collect 160,000 euros.
We invite individuals, organizations and communities - especially Croatian parishes, football clubs, folklore societies and other groups from all over the world - to join this action. Every donation, no matter how small, is important and takes us one step closer to the goal.
Add your name to the list of donors - let your support be a sign that Bleiburg Field (Bleiburško polje) remains a place of remembrance for the innocent victims of the massacres after the Second World War!

Wir bitten Sie zur aktiven Unterstützung bei der Sammlung von Mitteln zum Erhalt des Grundeigentums und der Erneuerung des Denkmals auf dem Bleiburger Feld, dem Ort der tiefen historischen Bedeutung.
Das Ziel dieser Initiative ist die Unterstützung des Bleiburger Ehrenzuges bei den finanziellen Verpflichtungen damit der Grund und Boden und das Denkmal weiteren Generationen erhalten bleibt.
Damit wir das erreichen wird folgendes benötigt:
• 10 500 € für die Grundsteuer,
• 24 500 € Erneuerung des Denkmals,
• 125 000 € für Gerichtskosten incl. weitere Verhandlung vor dem Verfassungsgericht Österreichs
Ziel der Sammlung sind 160 000 €.
Aufgerufen sind Einzelpersonen, Organisationen und Vereinigungen- insbesondere kroatische Gemeinden, Fußballverein, Folklorevereine sowie andere Vereinigungen auf der ganzen Welt- zur Mitwirkung bei dieser Aktion.
Jede Spende ist wichtig und führt uns einen Schritt weiter zu unserem Ziel.

Los invitamos a participar de la recaudación de fondos para preservar la propiedad de las tierras y la restauración del monumento en el Campo de Bleiburg, lugar de profunda relevancia histórica. El objetivo de esta iniciativa es ayudar a la Compañía Honoraria de Bleiburg a cumplir con sus obligaciones financieras para que, tanto las tierras como el monumento, sigan siendo un recuerdo permanente para las futuras generaciones.
Para poder logarlo, se necesitan:
• 10500 euros para el impuesto a la propiedad;
• 24500 euros para restaurar el monumento;
• 125000 euros para gastos judiciales, incluido un recurso ante el Tribunal Constitucional de Austria.
El objetivo es reunir un total de 160000 euros.
Invitamos a organizaciones, comunidades y personas – especialmente a parroquias croatas, clubes de fútbol, asociaciones folklóricas y demás grupos croatas de todo el mundo a unirse a esta campaña. Cada donación, por pequeña que sea, es importante y nos acerca un paso más a la meta.

Zakulisnim igrama Počasnom bleiburškom vodu bilo je oduzeto zemljište na Bleiburškom polju, a potom su austrijske vlasti uklonile hrvatski povijesni grb sa bleiburškog spomenika. U međuvremenu je u austrijskom Parlamentu izglasana Rezolucija kojom je otvorena mogućnost zabrane komemoracija na Bleiburškom polju.
Počasni bleiburški vod je tim povodom pokrenuo tri upravno-sudska postupka.
Prvi je dobiven te je pravomoćnom sudskom odlukom zemljište na Bleiburškom polju vraćeno u vlasništvo Počasnog bleiburškog voda. Sada nam preostaje platiti troškove poreza na promet nekretninama i popraviti devastacije na spomeniku i kapeli koje su nastale tijekom proteklih godina dok nam je zemljište bilo oduzeto.
Drugi postupak je izgubljen na prvostupanjskoj razini te je odvjetnik Počasnog bleiburškog voda nedavno uložio žalbu austrijskom Saveznom upravnom sudu.
Treći postupak je u pripremi pred austrijskim Saveznim ustavnim sudom od kojeg se traži ukidanje Rezolucije kojom je otvorena mogućnost zabrane komemoracija na Bleiburškom polju.
Troškovi ovih postupaka daleko nadmašuju mogućnosti Počasnog bleiburškog voda te smo se morali zadužiti (50.000,00 eura) kako bi podmirili dio dosadašnjih financijskih obveza.

Due to behind the scene games, The Honorary Bleiburg Guard was confiscated of its land on the Bleiburg field, and then the Austrian authorities removed the Croatian historical coat of arms from the Bleiburg monument. In the meantime, the Austrian Parliament passed a Resolution opening the possibility of banning commemorations on Bleiburg Field.
The Honorary Bleiburg Guard initiated three administrative-judicial proceedings on this occasion.
The first was successful, and the land on Bleiburg Field was returned to the ownership of the Honorary Bleiburg Guard by a final court decision. Now we have to pay the costs of the real estate transaction tax and repair the devastation on the monument and chapel, that occurred during the past years while the land was taken from us.
The second case was lost at the first level, and the lawyer of the Honorary Bleiburg Guard recently appealed to the Austrian Federal Administrative Court.
The third procedure is being prepared before the Austrian Federal Constitutional Court, which is being asked to revoke the Resolution that opened the possibility of banning commemorations on the Bleiburg field.
The costs of these proceedings far exceed the capabilities of the Honorary Bleiburg Guard and we had to borrow (50,000.00 euros) to settle part of our previous financial obligations.
Help us save the Bleiburg Memorial Center and return the Croatian coat of arms and commemoration to Bleiburg Field!

Mit fragwürdigen Spielchen wurde dem Bleiburger Ehrenzug das Grundstück genommen, danach entfernten die österreichischen Behörden das historische kroatische Wappen vom Bleiburger Gedenkstein. In der Zwischenzeit stimmte das österreichische Parlament über eine Resolution ab wonach eine Möglichkeit für ein Verbot der Gedenkveranstaltung auf dem Bleiburger Feld möglich wird.
Aufgrund dessen eröffnete der Bleiburger Ehrenzug drei Gerichtsverfahren.
Das erste Verfahren wurde zu Gunsten des Bleiburger Ehrenzuges entschieden und das Grundstück am Bleiburger Feld wurde an den Bleiburger Ehrenzug übereignet.
Daraus folgt, dass wir Grunderwerbsteuer bezahlen dürfen sowie die Reparaturen durchführen, die in der Jahren entstanden sind als u s das Grundstück enteignet wurde.
Das zweite Verfahren wurde in erster Instanz gegen uns entschieden doch unser Rechtsbeistand hat vor kurzem Beschwerde beim Bundesverwaltungsgericht eingelegt.
Das dritte Verfahren wird z. Zt. vor dem österreichischen Bundesverfassungsgericht vorbereitet. Vor diesem wird die Rücknahme der Resolution beantragt wonach die Möglichkeit des Verbots der Gedenkveranstaltung auf dem Bleiburger Feld besteht.
Die Ausgaben für diese Verfahren übersteigen bei weitem die Möglichkeiten des Bleiburger Ehrenzuges, sodass wir Schulden ( 50 000. €) machten um einen Teil der aufgelaufen finanziellen Verbindlichkeiten tilgen zu können.
Helfen Sie uns den Bleiburger Gedenkort zu retten und das kroatische Wappen sowie die Gedenkveranstaltung auf dem Bleiburger Feld zurück zu bringen!

Debido a maniobras entre bambalinas, las autoridades austríacas confiscaron las tierras del Campo de Bleiburg pertenecientes a la Compañía Honoraria de Bleiburg para luego retirar el escudo histórico croata del monumento a las víctimas de dicha tragedia. Entretanto, el Parlamento austríaco aprobó una resolución que abre la posibilidad de prohibir las conmemoraciones en aquel lugar.
Con este motivo, la Compañía Honoraria de Bleiburg inició tres procedimientos administrativos y judiciales.
Se ganó el primero y el terreno del campo de Bleiburg volvió a ser propiedad de la Compañía Honoraria de Bleiburg por decisión final de la corte. Ahora tenemos que pagar los costos del impuesto sobre la transacción de bienes raíces y reparar la devastación del monumento y la capilla, ocurrida durante el tiempo que duró la confiscación.
El segundo caso se perdió en primera instancia. El abogado de la Compañía Honoraria de Bleiburg presentó una apelación ante el Tribunal Administrativo Federal de Austria.
El tercer procedimiento se encuentra en preparación ante el Tribunal Constitucional Federal de Austria, por medio del cual se solicita que se revoque la Resolución que abrió la posibilidad de prohibir las conmemoraciones en el Campo de Bleiburg.
Los costes de estos procedimientos superan con creces las capacidades de la Compañía Honoraria de Bleiburg, por lo que hemos pedido un préstamo (50.000,00 euros) para cubrir parte de nuestras obligaciones financieras hasta el momento.
